5. GPU Resource Sharing

As part of our Services, you may participate in sharing GPU resources, either as a provider or a user. This includes the investment in GPU resources via our AINERO Power Up and AINERO Token Turbo programs, and purchasing these resources to perform computationally intensive tasks.

6. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and online conduct.

7. User Conduct and Obligations

AINERO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following uses of the Services are expressly prohibited:

• Commercial use of any content or service without AINERO's express written consent.

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping."

• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Services.

You agree to not misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in activities that would disrupt, interfere with, or adversely affect the Services or other users.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or computers connected to the Services.

• Using the Services for illegal purposes or to support illegal activities.

8. Modifications to the Service

AINERO reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that AINERO will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services or any part thereof.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all copyrights, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are owned by AINERO or third parties. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, without express written permission from AINERO.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating laws or regulations.

• Transmitting any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.

10. Termination

AINERO may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
